More than 17,000 Palestinian youth ages 18-29 benefited from employability and entrepreneurship training and career guidance services through YED. Through its Capacity Strengthening Process (CSP), YED worked with Palestinian youth-serving institutions to enhance their capacity on youth employability, entrepreneurship, and service learning. Capacity-strengthening activities, included training on IYF’s life skills program, PTS and I:SERVE, in addition to workshops on program design, career counseling, and on-the-job training.

The program provided clinics and one-on-one coaching sessions for targeted technical assistance and strengthened the capacity of career and alumni units of 11 universities and 54 high schools in the West Bank, provided career guidance, and facilitated the Silatech-sponsored Tamheed psychometric assessment for a total of 11,237 youth, offered employability services to over 5,900 youth and placed 1,514 youth in internships.
