This program booklet presents the nature and work of YouthActionNet. It explores the initiative's impact and the role of its 11 local institute partners. It discusses the 680 youth-led social ventures in more than 70 countries that have benefited from the program's training, funding, networking, and advocacy opportunities. The publication also introduces the 2012 Laureate Global Fellows, 20 young social entrepreneurs in 16 countries who have pioneered cutting edge solutions to urgent societal challenges. The global fellowship is made possible through a partnership between the Sylvan/Laureate Foundation and the International Youth Foundation.
