LEAPS, a two-year initiative of BHP and the International Youth Foundation, creates partnerships with local organizations in West Texas (greater Midland/Odessa area) and South Texas (between San Antonio and Victoria) and Northwest Louisiana to equip the areas’ young people—ages 11 to 24—with the skills needed to succeed in school, work, and life and to become more engaged members of their communities.

To learn more about LEAPS, join us for our upcoming learning event, "Strengthening Youth Opportunity in Rural America: The Power of Investing in Community and Generation Z,” which will explore how best to unlock the potential of young people in rural America and smaller metro areas through holistic approaches to career preparation and economic advancement.
